Follow guide instructions and behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in safari termination without refund.

Kovacsing Safari Africa Limited is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Clients are responsible for their belongings.

Not liable for circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters or political events.

Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Cancellations made 60 or more days before the departure date are eligible for a partial refund. The non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover administrative and reservation costs.

Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value. The remainder will be refunded within 14 business days.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

In the event we must cancel your safari due to operational emergencies, safety concerns, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Rescheduling requests made 30 or more days before departure are subject to availability and an administration fee. Requests within 30 days are treated as cancellations.

Kovacsing Safari Africa Limited is not liable for cancellations arising from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government travel advisories, or civil unrest.

We strongly advise all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal liability cover prior to departure.

Clients who fail to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior written notice will forfeit the full tour amount with no refund or credit issued.

All eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation and returned via the original payment method.
